How is DeepScore different from existing ATS scoring?
Most ATS scoring is keyword matching with a confidence label slapped on. DeepScore reads the actual artifacts — your website, your team, the candidate's projects and writing — and outputs 15 weighted dimensions calibrated to your company. Every score traces back to evidence you can click through.
What does "60-second setup" actually mean?
You type your company URL. We crawl your website and parse out roles, team makeup, tech stack, and stated culture. By the time you finish your coffee, you have a calibrated scoring model. No JSON. No forms. No 30-minute onboarding call.
Do I need to use a specific ATS?
No. DeepProfiles works standalone, or you can connect Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or Recruitee in a click and we score your existing candidates retroactively. CSV import works too.
Where does the candidate data come from?
Public professional profiles, open-source repos, conference talks, academic publications, company pages, and your own ATS if connected. We never scrape behind paywalls and we honor opt-outs.
Is the AI biased? How do you handle fairness?
Every model is audited quarterly for demographic disparity using the four-fifths test. DeepScore is also evidence-anchored — every point traces to a specific artifact, which means a human can audit any decision in 30 seconds. We block models from using protected attributes as features.
